Hello, I'm Alex. I'm a Charlotte local and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where I earned a B.S. in Economics. I chose to stay in Charlotte because I love the city and all it has to offer. My repair story started when I cracked my own iPhone and figured out how to fix it myself. Since then, I've repaired well over 2,000 iPhone screens and counting, plus other phone models, iPods, and iPads with shattered glass touch screens. What began as a side gig has turned into a full-time business. We're growing in Charlotte and now also serve the Triangle and Richmond, VA.

My first screen swap came after my iPhone slid out of my pocket and hit a concrete sidewalk. Seeing it land face down and hearing the glass crack was a rough moment, and I know that feeling well. After some digging, I learned you can repair them yourself, but in hindsight, paying around $60 to someone experienced would have been the smarter move. Even with all the how-to videos and forums out there, they don't cover every issue you might run into. My first try wasn't pretty, but it worked. About two weeks later it took another hard fall, and this time I fixed it with more confidence and preparation. After helping a few friends, I realized I could put my new skill to work for others, and here I am today, fixing iPhones with plenty of experience at a great price.
